lost my 5 year Thai motorcycle licence

It was valid until 2017. Anyone have a similar experience. Potential problem is I got licence on a work permit but I'm now on a tourist visa.

But issued in Bangkok. Now in Udon. Surely I could not apply for a license far from my residence

Do you have a scan or copy of it you can take with the Police Report ?
I was born with nothing and still have most of it left

No copy or scan. Police will easily find a record of it as I still have car license issued at same time. Seems it'll be no problem if I get proof of residence from immigration theoretically

If you go back in for your 1 year be prepared for the test - it's not easy to pass without revision
