Iphone Repair

Anyone know of a non-Apple IPhone repair shop in Udon? I note in the states now they have many such shops

I am tired of trying to navigate the maze which is Apple Support.

I have an IPhone 5S which has no Bluetooth or Wifi. It is a well documented problem with this model

I will either get it fixed or see how far I can throw it :D

Had my 5S repaired twice by the guy downstairs middle left cubicle in the IT building opposite UD Town
First was to replace the battery and the 2nd time was the touch screen was shot and he replaced that, dropped it from my shirt pocket into the sink filled with water. apparently not good for iPhones, who would have thought.
No problems now 6 months later.
Wifi and Bluetooth never a problem.

Just for the record: the official authorized Apple service center, formerly found in UD Town opposite Wine Society, is now in Central Plaza, where the computer shops like JB etc are found.

I would *NEVER* use the "official" Apple shop again. Last time there I asked a simple question about the internet on my phone. Before I knew it and without telling me they had done a complete factory reset on it. Lost all of my data. Luckily most of it was backed up.

The best phone repair shop that I've found is Kings Phone on Pracha Uthit Road across the street from a Christian church and down a few shops. It's near Ponphisai road. He does good work.

Well, I am the first to agree that they all suck. But the point about the 'official' authorized service center is that when you deal with Apple this gives you a local point to handle hardware issues which are covered under Apple's warranty. Without them you would have to go to Khon Kaen. For example I got a new power supply for a MacBook through this shop for free. Requires to contact Apple 's hotline first, as usual. Etc. I do not say that they know anything more or can repair better than others...

Without wifi or Bluetooth it's useless, nobody makes telephone calls on a iPhone so launch it with an over arm throw into Nong Prajak lake.
Then buy a iPhone 6 plus so you don't need to carry around an iPad mini.

OT................. \:D/

Got it fixed at Landmark. They said they would guarantee for 1 month. That should be long enough to validate the fix. Cost was 1400 Baht. Better than tossing it in the bin I guess

Thanks for all replies
