Looking for property to rent

Post by Timdean » July 19, 2015, 3:48 pm

Hi

I'm new to Udon and I'm looking for somewhere to rent for 3 months, would like somewhere close to UD Town.

Around 12,000 a month, 1 or 2 bedroom and furnished would be good.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Tim

ask the restaurant - (look where he has the menu card, there i saw it) between two hotels on the road from train station to central, he has an apartment for rent in Lumpini with pool, I think 12.000

A quick personal review.

Sirindar is the GM, she is very professional and speaks good English.

I am renting a small suite consisting of a lounge / kitchenette, large bedroom, with huge bed and a Bathroom. The place is well furnished and very clean.

The SAT TV and WIFI are both excellent and are included in the rental which, at 7,000 baht a month (special offer) is exceptional.

The location (for me) is also very good. I am only a 5 min walk from Nutty Park and my fav food and watering hole, Terminal Bar.

Again, thanks for the intro guys.

I contacted lady Manager yesterday by email. She has quoted me 7,900 tbh per month (reduced by 400tbh per month if book 3 months or more).Wants me to pay the 7,900 + a further 7,900 deposit up front. She has also asked for a non returnable 1,000tbh 'Booking Fee' which I not come across before.
I am uncomfortable about forwarding any money by bank transfer so will likely wait until I arrive next week and call into a few places personally.
I must say though that looks quite nice from their official site

no need to make a reservation since there are 3 more appartment-builings within walking distance to the santipran place. all constructed at the same time as santipran.

Looking for property to rent

This is the mail I received:

Dear Khun David M.

For the suite, we have one room available now, it is on 2nd floor, which rental cost is 7,900/1 month and 7,500/3 months..all include furnitures, electronic equipments, wifi, cable tv and private parking.

For utility bill, customers would pay by monthly usage, water is 25thb & electric is 8thb/unit. If you want room cleaning service it is just 250thb/time, Laundry service is also available, about 5oothb/month!

Or if you want all services & utility including, in room rental, just pay more 3,000thb/ mth. But I reccommend pay seperately on unit usage is better.

For moving in the total is 15,000thb (7,500dep+7,500 advance rental). For room booking is 1,000thb ka!!

Hope you could choose the choice you prefer naka!!

We are looking forward to hearing from you soon, Thank you.

Yes sure, and thank you again for choosing our place. The booking cost is 1,000thb, pls transfer to our account @ Ms. Sirindar Kriangkraisukee, Krungthai Bank, Udonthani

I missed out her bank codes for privacy/legal reasons!
