UD TOWN RENTAL PRICES

Hello everybody. Does anybody knows the rental prices for the small restaurants in UD town? Any extra information like, taxes,electrik,staff...etc Thank's

Welcome to the Forum.
An extremely difficult question to answer. It's like asking how much a mobile phone will cost and how long will the battery last

Do you mean the new UD town? or in Udon generally?
You fail to mention if you would be serving Thai or Farang food?
Apart from a few restaurants trade is fairly slack and I personally wouldn't give the idea a second thought.
Rents can vary tremendously as can the price of electric.
I would suggest a personal visit to various locations if that's possible.

Thank you for information "lepidoptra". I mean the new UD town. I heard that the prices is about 20.000 to 25.000 per month, without electrik! Anyway..........keep searching...............

Bt20,000 to 25,000 per month WOW!! bit EXPENSE!! I do recall when the Plaza(CENTRAL) first open 1996<>going price was Bt30,000, Plus Electric<>20,000 deposit for Telephone, HINT:not many Mobile around at that time, now I suspect most VENDORS opt for the OLD MOBILE!

i think UD bazaar is the name for the section on the end with the stall / shops and the restaurant area.
on friday and saturday night the place is packed with free concerts provided by the management
organization and the place is teeming with young thais( some of questionable age) drinking beer and
getting food from the nearby stalls but most of the week it's pretty tame over there. and those little
stalls selling other forms of merchandise ... do you ever see anybody actually buy anything there? might
be worth it to wander about a few nights. in fact that is true of the whole mall-strip. aside from tesco
and those few japanese restaurants ... some of those outdoor mall shops i have never seen a customer enter?
i just wonder if you might get more value for baht at another location in town as there are many.

I believe the food stalls were approx 4,000-5,000 pm when UD Town first opened, the prices may have increased since.

If you mean the restaurants at the other end near Oishi, McDonald's etc. then I'm guessing rent will probably be 10x that for a single unit.

You're probably right. To give you an idea of prices a small stall on the first floor will set you back around 30,000bt per month.
