Been into Alains Udon Delices half a dozen times now and since am a cheese and wine fan,am spoilt for choice.nearly 50 types of cheeses and wines from Australia,South Africa,of course France,Spain,Italy,Chile.
Brie with truffles inside, extremely delicious, definitely place to visit even just for the coffee.
Best of luck to this business venture. =D>

Went to buy some French cheese and jambon de Bayonne, arooi maak.
Highly recommended, but bring some money, cheese and ham from Europe are expensive

I am a regular patron of this place, -the wine selection in the enclosed air-con'd room is epic, quality excellent, prices amazing. I don't drink much coffee but I only buy my ground coffee from there as it's the best I've found perhaps anywhere in this country aside from Chiang Mai region. Most of the others smell burnt and taste really acidic. If you do drink wine, coffee or love cheese, this is definitely THE spot to stop by. If only they cooked food there.

The coffee is good too. I visit there often (like almost every day), and can say that Alain has it right. Espresso, cappuccino and the like done right. If you have never tried it, try a Cappu Ban (basically a cappuccino frappe) on hot days. Delicious, and only 40 baht.

The brie is good, as are the variety of other cheeses, and the various other offerings are things that are fairly hard to find here. The smoked bacon is excellent also.
