I went with an acquaintance who was looking for somewhere to stay for a couple of nights. He had already rejected a couple of my suggestions (no name, no pack drill, as different people want/expect different things) but quickly signed in for a couple of days after viewing the rooms. They charged him 700 baht for 2 nights, so 350 baht a night - so I am not quite sure if the room rate is 350 a night now, or you get a bit of a discount for a couple of nights.

I stay now in the Perfect Mansion, price is 350 baht, weekly same price and monthly is 9000 baht all inclusive.Everything nice and clean .. the wifi stops sometimes!

Stayed here for 3 nights in May this year. Very impressed with the reception staff(Nueng) who was very friendly and efficient. Good location and very quiet at night time. Have security guard to take care at nightime and good car park. Rooms were very clean and bigger than the rooms at Top mansion.

I paid 380 baht per night which is very good value. Unfortunately there has to one slight negative and that is that their cleaning staff have an attitude issue. They seem to feel that they are running the show and even the the reception girl was extremely frustrated with the cleaners.

I went out at 12.30 pm and returned at 4.30 pm and room was not cleaned. Staff told me I had to wait until tomorrow to have the room cleaned! Nueng offered to clean the room for me and I told her all I wanted was some clean towels and some more soap. She did this for me and problem solved. Other customers(including Thais ) had the same issue with the cleaners.

I would be happy to stay there again but only if the cleaners are a little more receptive to actually doing their job and not being lippy to the paying customers.
