Just heat the vinegar & add sugar (to taste) so it dissolves then pour over the beetroot & onions whilst still warm.

Jimmy,your staff member is doing a fine job there,still ongoing for lamb shoulder chops 15%,she,says selling loads.Got a couple of t bones for next weeks eating,keep restocking the cheese,took a hit from my shopping yesterday

Have never tried so cannot comment,old tesco lotus have some aussie t bone steak but a tad small in size about 300g.You need to have a bigger size as possible imo
