Thanks to the 20 guys that showed up on Tuesday night, both my team and the Irish Clock, always nice to see you guys, esp. as you seem to be the only team we can beat these days. Hope you all had an enjoyable night and thought it worth the effort.

And for those that think the pool league is a waste of time, where else can you find an atmosphere like this on a Tuesday night...

Stato, that really is an excellent spreadsheet, must take you ages to keep it updated so well, so sorry in advance.

You have a no results strike against me on a home game, I assume its the game I played against Aussie Bar, but if you look closely I was awarded my score, and only Aussies points were scrubbed, any chance of amending for next weeks issue, or explain to me what it means 'cos maybe I got my dull head on today (my quiz nites put a heavy strain on my brain:-)

Glyn, the match in question Retreat v Aussie Bar is shown as being awarded 6 - 0 in the results/fixtures box.
I have shown it as a "No Result" in the league table purely because it does not add up to 15 frames OR 10 frames (walkover). Rest assured the 6 frames HAVE been added to your score. I was going to show it as a "win", but thought that would be slightly misleading, as technically you did not win the match, and the "wins" and "total points" would not match. By showing it this way my league table matches with the "OFFICIAL" table. Hope this helps.
By the way, I'm sorry I didn't make it last Tuesday, got back late from golf at Khon Kaen and had to do a babysitting shift :-&

Typical really, the only match all season that is really a "home" match for me, and I miss it :evil:

Cheers for the exp. keep up the good work. Yes you missed a good night (for your team at least) they were kicking our asses 8-0 at one point then we managed to pull back 4 in the last round, very nail biting stuff for us, but all had a good night.

Am I reading too much into your post thinking that certain members/teams take the pool competition too seriously instead of for fun,and when disagreements arise, resort to the use of a fist/scrap?
