Fair enough, the T+ C may be there, but who reads all the terms and conditions say every time they download a Microsoft update?
In 5 years and 60 odd flights, maybe more, I have never come across this condition. As it is not usual, an online warning before payment would have been in order, or maybe it's just me.
Pete, if you've booked so many flights in the past, I would think you would be familiar with that condition. I know from personal experience it exists on Thai Air, Nok Air, Singapore Airlines, and EVA Air websites, and probably most others including Air Asia.
It isn't on a separate screen of Terms & Conditions. It comes up as part of and within the actual booking credit card details screen.
