Used and Older Cars??

UdonExpat: Your answer makes a lot of sense. It did not occur to me that 20 years ago, the number of cars on the road was so much less than today. I guess I am used to my area of the world, the northwest portion of the USA. Also, my newest vehicle was manufactured in 1999.
