Amazing!There are still some that think the young pretty girls working in the department stores are interested in a personal relationship with expat falangs!Especially middle aged or old falangs!

There are to many tradeoffs socially if they are going to stay here!

So ok people have poo-poo'd the shops for pulling a girl......why not..? Girls are everywhere.....so why not a departmant store.

So its the un-educated un-pretty girls wanting a farang husband/bf then..? and its the educated girls that work in offices/hospitals/store's/companies etc etc that are not interested in marrying a farang outsider...as they will loose the community respect if they do..?

Whilst I expect that looking in department stores and shops would yield better results (and better class girls), than looking in bars, one still has to be a little circumspect wherever one looks. I've bumped into girls in the shopping mall who I had previously met in Soi Bangla bars (Patong), one of whom was parading her Aunt around looking for a farang, after she herself had successfully acquired one in Patong, and allegedly taken him to the cleaners.

I would also expect that girls who are better educated and therefore have better prospects and chances in life would be fairly choosy about their choice of partner.
