Its true !!!! If you are an existing customer of trues satalite TV service , and you want 30% discount for between 6 months and a year , and , or an upgrade just phone customer service as they jokingly call it , and tell them you want to cancel .
See what goodies they will throw at you to keep you as an existing customer .
I was offered 30% discount over the phone , and when i went to their office in Central to cancel because the signal and service sucked , i was offered both the 30% and an upgrade to platinum for a whole year .
Man , they must be getting desperate . Give it a go , what have you got to lose .
