Just made lemon meringue tart , instead of a pastry, made it with a digestive biscuit base the same as used in cheesecake . hopefully it will give the tart another texture . won't know until it cools down. Will update later . drooling thinking about it

Had a sample and can attest to the fact it is excellent - would even say it was up to my old mum's standard

God morning my friend in the kitchen ;-)!!

Holy moly, some tasty Pizzas on display together with some tasy looking desert, way to go "kopkei!

Cholesterol levels you ask, well let me put it likes this..after getting almost killed end of last year my Doc told my wife that if her husband would not be as fit as he was/is,he would never maid it..lost 6 l of blood, six broken ribs and a collapsed lung..so in other words all my bloodwork came out 100% good.
Trying to get some meat back on my thin body now..so when cold season start i will try and see how my body stand up to some light Gym workouts, atleast that's my plan.

Thanks "kopkei"for letting me post some of my food dishes, love this thread you started, maybe can get some Forummembers to show their kitchen work too.

Take care "kopkei",family and friends,have a nice weekend....//Alfie ..:-)
