Drivers of large Bikes to undergo additional requirements and testing

other than the race course , where can you go
fast anyway? packs of dogs milling about in street
everywhere , people driving rickety carts with no
functioning lights , people making u-turns and
jumping medians without even looking foghettit

I'm surprised there are not more motorbike fatalities. While driving your car or truck, how many times have you had a motorbike pull out in front of you? When they are making their turn they take a look to see if anything is coming which is too late.

Big bikes may be safer than small wheeled scooters while going straight ahead. I don't like the manufactures trend of building scooters with small and smaller wheels. The bigger the wheels, the more stable the bike is.
