Internet Problem

Yesterday a tablet and the tv box had trouble loading
Tablet fine this morning , another tablet would load and then disconnect within 2 mins
Have to re-sign in, just to drop out 2 mins later
Took it in to Samsung repair shop 9am opening
They looked at it gave it back and said old, no parts to fix but it is working
Got home still dropping out
TV box working today
Took to computer man, worked in his shop using ais
He says BB the problem use someone else
Wife rings BB and they say oh we will reset your router and your bill is due on the 13th wtf
Turn off router at home restart problem gone

Great you got it working fine again.
Samsung shop at central. Few years ago i had minor problem with my Samsung phone purchased back home. The Samsung shop refused to look into it claiming that they were dealing with ONLY phones sold in Thailand and suggested that i send it to Samsung Singapore. No MORE Samsung for me.
We have AIS and we encounter similar problem regularly and we do the old on-off trick.
