Why would the local shops take any more notice of an alcohol ban this time than they did last time?

Ban Dung rozzers have already visited one of the local bars, and told them to close. Haven't got around to where I am currently enjoying a coldie.

《Snip》
we're all grown men here so I'm sure we have ways and means to avoid becoming labeled as a panic-buying Covid stress monkey or raging alcoholic.

Or both.
Tam, you been reading me diary? Thought that was a secret between you and I.

Just because your local shops may have behaved different from my local shops, it doesn't mean that all other local shops behaved like your local shops or my local shops.

YMMV

Currently as I have been informed the closure relates to BARS , not restaurants and certainly not the hotbed of transmission the occasional open-air markets.
I say nothing about the continual inter=provincial travel allowable from anywhere to anywhere. Completely illogical.

It appears there is no alcohol ban in restaurants in Pattaya.
Chonburi Governor posted yesterday.
There is also no mention of 14 days so things can change at his discretion.
Just need to see what Udon Governor does.

Just read on Udonthani Update facebook that alcohol is banned in restaurants from 9th to 22nd April.
It was google translation.
May be someone can translate it better.
