I would ask a very simple question, when it comes to this "devilish" alliance.

Are both companies just, totally, inept (technically) when it comes to providing an internet service or do they, deliberately set out to cheat their customers?

I have my own opinions, with data to support my theories!

Your views please.

Maybe they are both owned by Barclays bank P.L.C UK

don't know about soloman, but had same negativer opinion about ais. but lately, they have be honest, and actually working rather well, with the exception of today in korat, got nothing but network error, but now fine back in udon. used to be barely ok am till noon, then after that anything or nothing could happen. now i seem to get on at all times and speeds are, well, still gprs, but acceptable, especially for the price and all the complaints i hear from the real phone/adsl companies. so tolerable, especially for my use. any large up/downloads, and it's a good excuse to visit nong's or irish clock.
