Has 329 x 4 year old oil palms producing, at present time, 150k income per year and this will increase as the trees gradually mature.
One concrete lock up for equipment.

Farm 1
32 rai. Farm house with lockable bedroom. Eight large ponds; seven commercial ponds. One koi carp pond with pier. Two water towers (one for farm house and one for irrigation).
