Sausage Casings

I am looking to buy sausage casings I have been told Makro may have them? but I would not know where to look there, any suggestions?

In Makro they are in the Freezers section.

Sorry cant tell you exactly which section but I would look in the Pork section.

You can also buy them at local markets but need someone to speak Thai & I am informed they are not very good.

Remember they are salted when you buy them frozen & need to be soaked overnight

Lotus has therm all the time. From pig and they do not seem to be cleaned so you will probably have to do that yourself.
