Political Correctness in Australia
The stalker returns.
I knew he couldn't stop. He's obsessed. If anyone has seen jack so readily pounce on anyone else's posts like a rat in a feeding frenzy pi55ing and jumping all over the place, please enlighten me. I've never seen anything like it.
And no, I still don't read his posts. I just see that little notice that follows my posts that lets me know that he has come out of the shadows.

Political Correctness in Australia
Good to see you are still peeking WBU.
Now, to get back to the point, is it a FACT that MLK Jr was a registered Republican?
Yes or no? - no more obfuscation.
A red herring about "stalking" is just that - a red herring.

So your evidence is that the niece of Dr, individual said he was a Republican.
The lady is, I believe a staunch Republican herself as her entire life is now centred around the anti-abortion movement.
Nothing else, other than her claims...
She offers absolutely no proof for her view..
You are willing to totally ignore what Dr, individual actually said & wrote himself - that denies that he was a supporter, let alone a member of any party - & totally accept her uncorroborated word.
I am sorry WBU it appears from posts that you have made on here on a variety of political subjects that you will accept, without question, anything that supports your view.
This is just about the weakest argument of a FACT that I have ever read.
You are willing to completely ignore the written word of the person them-self on their beliefs &, in place, readily accept a totally uncorroborated claim.
I despair if you think that is how FACTS are made...
Oh, this is what you actually said (so you don't claim I am misrepresenting you..
So where is the evidence for that WBU???

I choose to believe her over an author-less piece.BobHelm wrote:So your evidence is that the niece of Dr, individual said he was a Republican.

Your article didn't present any facts to refute my specific claim, Bob. It talked about everything political regarding MLK EXCEPT MLK's party affiliation. That's not the same thing.I am sorry WBU it appears from posts that you have made on here on a variety of political subjects that you will accept, without question, anything that supports your view.

If MLK's niece had recanted her claim -- as your author-less article states -- I would think that would be HUGE NEWS considering all the hoopla that would be created over it. I can't find one reference anywhere. I'll keep looking for one, although I think there is one frenzied investigative member who is probably doing that right now as I type.
If I find a legitimate source to her retraction, I'll post it; but I also noticed that YOUR ARTICLE didn't even come up in any of my searches looking for a retraction, even though it claims the retraction. I found that odd. Not your fault. Maybe something in the way I was searching.
Don't despair, Bob. Get on with your life. There are lots of people who disagree with you -- and disagree with me -- on many topics. It doesn't affect my outlook or my mood, and I don't lose a wit of sleep over it.

No, you chose to believe her over Dr, individual's own words...WBU ALUM wrote: I choose to believe her over an author-less piece.
& where does she say he was REGISTERED??
Now that is nowhere in her piece, so where is the evidence for that??

I heard this "clever claim" about 20 years ago.

I don't know how many other types of Republicans she could have meant.
Campaigning? No.
Supporting? No.
Endorsing? No.
Financing? No.
Marching? No.
Office-seeking? No.
Voting? Who would know that other than him?
Glad you're having a nice night.
I still believe MLK's niece over your author-less article from MSN.

No WBU you are still believing his niece over HIM..
Simple really...
But it is strange that you are happy to believe & post un-authored pieces from obscure Indian publications when they agree with your views....Wonder why that can be>>>
But I am glad that we cleared it all up....

I've stated my position specifically -- a number of times -- and it's clear to me.

Your position is abundantly clear to everyone...
You claimed something as a FACT that you later admitted you had no evidence to support..

There are also PC conservative idiots. Fox News comes to mind. However the most entertaining examples tend to come from libs.
