^ a bit of peace & quiet, nice. Judging by your driving prowess, lack of speed & self proclaimed inability to drive when it gets a bit dark you should be there by the end of the month.

Why do you stay in Thailand?
Because the US has turned into a third-world cesspit thanks to lunatic leftist idiocy.
Minneapolis, Chicago, Portland ablaze as we speak. Detroit was lost a decade ago. Add Baltimore, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York ... all of it. Good. It's a start. We need the inhabitants to continue killing each other, only at a much faster rate.

I hope they burn every one of those failed Democrat rat's nests to the ground. They deserve it.

And its all happened in the twinkle of an eye, when the power has shifted slightly left, as opposed to hard right. :D

^ ^my 11 year old daughter told me a George Floyd joke that is not considered racist buy the tik tok generation. Was really shocked as she seems very sensitive to racist jokes and all this mental health / gender stuff.

Anyway here it is;

What is George Floyds favourite colour?

Neon

Ok, ok Neon is not a colour but still \:D/

Oh good ... I have always found the under 60s to be very smart.

In fact, the younger they get under 60, it seems the smarter they get.

Oh I make an error with my ^ which should have been a ^^, now corrected.

Anyway trying to bring myself back on topic, I'm thinking if now is the time to consider a piece of land out in the sticks for future retirement.

I do prefer the bright lights of Udon but with all this covid nonsense and god knows what is coming next, a home on a few rai plot away from the masses seems a good option.

Thoughts anyone?

True for many under 60, but then a fair share of teenagers seem baffled by it all.

Hi dkham

How many months or years is the "Future"

On the issue of "niceties" I was planning to spread it over one week at the rate of, 1 Breakfast per Day, 3 Afternoon Meals per a Week and one Evening Meal per week, just to keep my weight down, in Retirement. \:D/ \:D/ As to the number of 46 Kg Afternoon Delights, per week, this remains an "Unknown" and is probably more pipe dream, than a likely reality. =; =; Only time will tell, as I need to see how many cylinders I am firing on, when I pull up stumps :-k

Back on the trail of "Why do you stay in Thailand", I would say, seven reasons are,
1. Am yet to find a better place for an all round lifestyle Option and I have looked
2. Some commitments
3. The place is still very safe for older Foreigners, all being considered in this day and age
4. Property to "Buy or Rent", is still very affordable
5. No Bombs going off and no Land Mines left lying around
6. Covid 19 has helped re-define which are the better Countries to be living in when the next Pandemic comes along
7. Endless supply of 46 Kgs Waitresses, at least to look at, when the Viagra ceases to work.

This is depressing, compelling and disgusting viewing. The democratic mayors seem to have thrown in the towel and given up. Detroit after the '67 riots looked better than this in that the vermin weren't living in the streets.

U.S. detained nearly 100,000 migrants at Mexico border in February, sources say
By Frank Jack Daniel, Ted Hesson

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. border agents detained nearly 100,000 migrants at the U.S.-Mexico border in February, according to two people familiar with preliminary figures, the highest monthly total since a major border surge in mid-2019.

The figures, which have not been previously reported, show the scope of a growing migrant influx at the southwest border as U.S. President Joe Biden, a Democrat, seeks to roll back some of the restrictive policies of former President Donald Trump, a Republican. February was Biden’s first full month in office.

Last month’s total would represent the highest tally for the month of February since 2006. The sources who provided the figures to Reuters spoke on the condition of anonymity.

An increasing number of children arriving at the border without a parent or legal guardian has forced U.S. officials in recent weeks to scramble for housing options and take steps to speed up their release to sponsors in the United States.

Your statement 'And the president wants to bring in 100,000s of illegal aliens every month'. This was the number detained, not the number Biden wanted to let in. Lets make it perfectly clear there were 100,000 illegals, not 100,000 children that Biden is attempting to place in care, the 100,000 figure was for people of all ages.

You outright lied
