Hopefully he will be charged with assault, and chucked out of parliament to join his 3 recently jailed cabinet ministers.

those 3 cabinet ministers along with Uncle Suthep (and some others) were convicted for sedition/insurrection from back in 2013/2014 when running the PDRC mob. All were bailed out of jail within hours and none got the usual mandatory skinned head haircut..
