Posi RD, past the circle, past Ampho Rd the next ally street on your left is a liqueur shop on the corner. If you have never been there it is nice. Great stock of wines hard spirits and beer. He sells cigars, loose tobacco, imported tobacco, pipes, pipe tobacco ,roiling papers and filters. It's really worth a look. Nice Chinese/Thai man. If you are out in the boonies go to a market that sells loose tobacco. The sellers usually have papers.
