In all fairness Pomps, I was with Wazza and a few other friends that evening, and the chips we got served were indeed frozen chips from a packet... true enough. I can't offer an opinion on the fish, as I was hoping for cod... which was unavailable. Curry sauce was good (softened up the crispy fries ;) )

Bang on the money =D> We were en route from the cowshed to Tong's at late o'clock and it was great to have somewhere open for western takeaway food at that time of night.

Thumbs up from me for the fish n chips and a meaty beef pie last night about 10pm,plenty of fish in the batter.Remember not seeing any battered sausages on show but am afraid the rest was a blur,( ie cost of the food), but was a happy drunk. 8)

Pompui

what type of fish was it ( dont reply with cooked ! )

Or were the beer googles on , and appetite took over, rather than the taste of the fish.
