Post by Drunk Monkey » December 18, 2020, 5:14 am

The healthy eating program was going great though i did fall off the wagon for 3 days last weekend and even tho im.nit a fan of Christmas i plan to eat normally over the festive period .... mince pies plum.pudding etc and ov course a few carbonated golden beverages ..

The whole idea of the diet was to loose weight as at a check.up.the doc told me i was minium 20kgs over weight. As we stand i stared off at 115.8 kg target was 90 to 95 kg in 6 months ..i seemed to have bottomed out after a good start and im.currently 109 kgs .

Hope you and the family have a great Christmas Tom .. seasons greestings one n all.

^ FYI, that initial 6 kg loss was just fluid retention and is normal. Just ask any pregnant woman.

Nothing wrong with my fluid retention Tamina .. 9 big bottles before i needed a piss taneet ...

I believe the 6 kgs lost may have been fat turned into muscle ,, henceforth my slowing weight loss , but i can lift heavy things .

Thank you for your continued support in my quest to be 90kgs ..

Ah sorry I misspoke there dm. I thought for sure you had told me your period had already started. Apart from the fun bits, wimmins fizzyology has always been my weakest subject. Even on the back seat of the school bus.

Part of my balanced diet is the latest in Covid flu healthy products.

This morning was toasted Chocolate flavoured bread with squashed banana on top.
Followed by a herbal coffee.
If your not sure about the benefits don’t put the banana on.

Pan fried eggs & two bread rolls stuffed with red & white sausage & shredded pork at the side of Nong Prajak. Liberal sloshing of Maggi to season.
I also asked for an iced coffee but got a Thai hot espresso type thing which was so strong my teeth turned inside out

Not to worry, unlike some, I know the difference between what us Jockinese call 'the snochers' and the evil 'C'. Tuesday was dripping nose and sneezing day, yesterday was bunged up with no taste or smell day but after another night time mug of Mrs tam's excellent ginger tea and another couple of Tiffy's, I awoke this morning to the smell of the local Somchai burning a pile of rubbish up the street (again). This was superseded by the fragrant, post-shower smell of the youngest niece as she ironed her polo for work.

Breakfast was two fried heggs, 3 rashers of streaky bacon, 2 Jimmy Dean style pork sausages, a handful of chips and a partridge in a pear tree. Alkl accompanied by two cups of Phu/Delice blend arabica and a glass of grapefruit juice. Smelled and tasted most marvelous.

Subsequent BP test was a pleasing 124/77. I will check it during the ironing session tomorrow, for the sake of science you understand.
