Can anyone tell me the name of the resort just out of Udon on the way to Nong Khai on the left hand side hotel resort complex???

I'm assuming you mean the Nakhaburi Hotel and Resort on the Nong Khai road.
As well as the hotel and swimming pool, it has private villas.
