Since your from the States, You have to go to your state police...Highway Patrol. Go to their website and you will find instructions for obtaining a Police Background Check for Visa. There is a fee. I paid $50 to Kentucky. They will mail you a Certificate

Do you mean a background check on yourself or someone else? Here or in another country?

Udon, you can do it at the police station. Usually needed for Thai adoption etc...

yes police can do it in udon, for a small fee of course.
