Years ago I worked for 22 years in a Chrysler factory. I was in management for a number of years and could plainly see the problems. Nepotism, unions and corruption killed the factory. When I objected to some of the most more obvious corruption, I was told to not concern myself with things I had no control over. Naturally after 22 years and then out of a job made me somewhat bitter but the factory was beyond being corrected. I could tell many stories about the the very obvious high level corruption but why waste the band width. Iacocca was too little too late.
