Trump's going to be smashed. Sadly the US and many other countries are facing large losses of life and deep recessions. In very challenging times Trump's gross incompetence and unfitness for office are impossible to hide.

This was on Feb 27th when Trump was telling the American people it was a hoax by people out to get him

Are there no "insider trading" laws in US?

Trump is doing a fantastic job. Nearly all his ideas and policies have quietly been adopted by other countries. Boris the Bozo tried going rogue with his genocidal UK plan but that didn't last long. Many countries are closing borders, closing up shops and telling citizens to stay home -- exactly what the Don suggested. Trump is working with congress to put cash into families pockets via treasury payments. Haven't heard any of the supposed charmed countries floating that one. They will. They know Trump's on to another winner. Man, I'm glad he's my president.

Trump will be taking a huge personal financial hit from the Coronavirus recession. He might need to sell some of his businesses. If he's lucky Bone Saw might arrange for a wealthy Saudi to bail him out. Failing that Putin might help Trump yet again.

Delayed post?

With Trump's incompetence to date, the US is at risk of the upper range of forecasted deaths, 2 million, eventuating. Allah bless Americans. They need it.

I bet the Hotel and Golf course industries get plenty of compensation for lost revenue. (350B $ set aside for other (unnamed businesses?)

ONLY Trump could come up with an "emergency package" that gives the middle classes (those with savings to call on $1200) but those not earning enough (the poor and needy with the greatest needs) only get $600 if they are lucky.

Nice to hear Trump say that he was freezing everyones mortgage/rent payments ......... shame the way its been written it actually only covers about 20% of people, meaning 80% will get no help

Hey, he's trying to socialize the losses of those who might vote for him.

I see the internet cyber world is awash with Biden vids highlighting his apparent struggles with his health with regard to the onset of alzheimers and/or another , he certainly looks a bit frailer and is saying unusual things and acting strangely.

Too many youtube links to post but comments vary and lots of interest in his choice of vice president .. possibly a woman.

They already did, giggly.

The Bloated Orange Bullshiiter, like you, as usual, is well behind the curve.

From 9 days ago.
More than 6 million welfare recipients, including pensioners, carers, veterans, families, young people and jobseekers will get a one-off cash payment of $750 from March 31.

"The biggest beneficiaries of that will be pensioners," Mr Morrison said.

"They comprise around half of those who will receive those payments, but they also will be extended to those in family tax benefits, which obviously goes to those in earning households."

While he is at it, perhaps he should also copy our world-class, universal health care system. \:D/

The Coronvirus disaster in the US will be much more in Americans' faces in this coming week.

If he relaxes the isolation rules, the fallout will be gigantic, unless an effective cure is discovered soon; in which case he will be invincible.

Surely this is "fake news" - coming from the (US) Sun, highly likely. [-(
DONALD Trump reportedly wants his signature on the $1,200 checks due to go out to Americans in the coming days - after he signed the historic coronavirus stimulus bill into law on Friday.

https://www.the-sun.com/news/600294/tru ... -on-check/
Or maybe not.

Well they will be "colletors items" in years to come, wheras the $600 ones will need to be cashed to buy food etc by the poor

From 18 March to 1 April they think Trump's chances of winning have improved.

Actually I think incumbents' political fortunes are on the rise as their nations rally around them.

If you bet a dollar on Trump with the 1 April odds, you'd get $1.91 back ($2.25 for a Biden bet).

Bookies dont go against anyone.
They adjust the odds as bets come in and make sure that they dont lose.

They play for themselves.

I look at the odds, and I think to myself, are American's that dumb that they could even contemplate re-electing the Orange Beaver head.

Seriously, if he had taken sensible action earlier, many, many thousands of lives would have been saved. It was obvious that this was going to be the worst pandemic since 1918, it was spreading so rapidly it was inevitable. Unlike some of the plainly dumb posters on this forum who seemed to revel in 'tin hat' jibes, Trump had a vast array of experts to advise him, his response

On January 30: “We have it very well under control. We have very little problem in this country at this moment – five. And those people are all recuperating successfully.”

February 10: “Looks like by April, you know, in theory, when it gets a little warmer, it miraculously goes away.”

February 27: “It’s going to disappear. One day – it’s like a miracle – it will disappear.”

March 10: “It will go away. Just stay calm. It will go away.”

Finally in the middle of March he starts to lead, too late, now America leads the world, not in the way he promised though

Forecasts of 200,000 dead = Trump is doing a good job....unbelievable!

I have to say it, and I have many American friends who are just as horrified 'The Average American voter is as dumb as dog ----'
