In a crisis… Cook the books!

Post by RLTrader » April 20, 2020, 1:51 pm

Renegade Inc. video 30 mins
The line that we hear constantly throughout this pandemic is how it has exposed our systemic frailties and weaknesses. But would this have been the case if we’d prevented the financial sector from hollowing out the real economy and democracy itself? Host Ross Ashcroft is joined by the author of ‘The Ponzi Factor’, Tan Liu, and Emeritus Professor of Accounting Prem Sikka to discuss how we can use this crisis to reimagine society and prevent the biggest wealth grab in modern times.
From RT that Network you'all love to hate.

Pretty sure that some will shoot the messenger (RT and all that) but fair, balanced and thought provoking.

Thanks.

I found nothing useful in the lecture. IMO economic and financial problems of a large nature are the results of corrupt and unscrupulous lawmakers and bureaucrats having the power to aid special interests to manipulate the marketplace.
As it now stands, nothing will change for the better in the near future.

Go back and watch the last 5 mins.
Enviromental wise, that's a brilliant idea.

Shut the world once a year.
Brilliant
