Good Land is worth Holding onto larger Chunks are Best. Tin Shed with or Without Toilets are Fine.
Main Thing is Buy 20% less Than The going Rate. invest or a min term 5 years

Well what can I say......you all make me feel so poor that I've sold my lovely tin shed with its quaint leaking tin roof and upgraded to a Traditional wood shed....Its only an extra 100bht/mth on the mortgage and now I have a home to be proud of!

Thai workers dont Like calling Them Down When people Visit This way you get them to work The Way you want
Try Telling Them They are No Good see The Reaction is.
It Works well for Me.

My wife's brother who did the floor tile and other masonry, works as a team with his GF, she mixes the mud and I'm sure she is the clean up person. I've cleaned up after myself all my life but the wife has a fit if I try to do dishes.
