A house is a house. and you need to look at a proper house. How its built. 3000.000 is a low Buget house For Uk spec house.
in the uk it would be 60.000.000 for the same house with no sun 200 days a year

Mr. Villas, I figure you will ignore this as you still did not answer my orignial question, however actually this question is directed to some of the other English Gentlemen.

Using the figures provided by Mr. Villas, and using dollars (figured I will let you guys change it to Euros), he built a house here in Thailand for $85,714 Dollars. This same house in England would cost $1,714,285 Dollars. In the states unless you are using some seaside California real estate could you get this amount. However this amount is for the construction of his humble abode. Sorry but I think the numbers used are BS.

By the way I used 35 Baht to 1 US Dollar..

Land in the UK it massive prices. in London 70.000.000 per acre and more in the city.
so houses are very high. look and see also 2 USD to the pound now the USD Is no good.

I figured you would say that and that is why I ask for construction prices only. Some real estate prices here can drive up the price of the so called sheds also. As usual no real answer

By the way Mr. Villas, I will follow my own advice and move on. When one is desperatly seeking respect for himself by self puffing, I will leave.

Adios.

Hope all of your businesses survive you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D
