Watch out for former Scunny lad Duane ""the hit man"" Holmes ... he signed for Derby just in time to cause harvoc in the Leeds defence today.

Can Leeds longest winning run for years (2 games) be matched today ??? ...

elsewhere remember its never too late to become a SCUNTHORPE UTD fan .. the shirts are too well made and rare to be sold on Adunyadhet rd ..order yours via DM or join the SUFC Thai fanclub and get a free shirt included in the 10,000 bt joining fee ...bank details upon request .

That was a fantastic game. It certainly woke me up from my afternoon nap while listening to the Scunny WalsallI snoozathon.
I can’t remember the last time I watched Leeds play such precise attacking football. Let’s hope it continues.

Well done to Leeds .. they were very lucky ... very lucky new Derby boss showed his inexperience Lampard by choosing not to play new signing Duane Hit man Holmes or it would have been a different story ..

Yes, it’s like being the over optimistic parents of the fat kid at school sports day.
This time next year we’ll be in the Premier League Rodney, errrr DM ;)

Great find there Zidane... the Scottish Highland League where former minnows such as Peterhead, Elgin, Ross County and the (combined) Inverness Caledonian/Inverness Thistle cut their teeth before getting into the more mainstream, less Sunday kickabout leagues.

Turriff weren't in the Highland League when I was a wee boy but looking at some of their recent scorelines, they must have some "furreners" playing or else all the other SHL teams are (still) nonsense... apart from Clachnacuddin.

Couple more good results and the Leeds fans will be borrowing the "It's our year" saying from Liverpool ......... lets just hope that for Leeds sake it doesnt blow up in their faces like it ALWAYS does for Liverpool #-o
[-X
I suspect that the Fort William team still has the same players as they did when you were kid tam
Perhaps Daniel Levy or Mike Ashley has control of their purse strings :-k

Yes,tam,Fort William have made a stuttering start to this years Highland League campaign with a string of results that make Evertons pre-season seem half decent.....
Rothes 11 Fort William 1
Fort William 1 Buckie Thistle 11
Huntly 6 Fort William 0
Fort William 0 Turriff United 10
So with no points and a goal difference of 2-38 it already looks like Fort William will struggle for success this season ! ;)

Lord knows what the score would be if they had to play Celtic, Halifax, Gateshead , Rangers, Hibs or even someone of a better standard than that

Global warming will change all that ......... Eastern Europeans are already acclimatised , but they might struggle with the food and language :-k

Just think an influx of Poles/Romanians/Bulgarians etc etc might mean the Scottish football team will be able to compete with Malta and Faroe Isles again by using duel nationals :-"

Let's keep an eye on Fort William this season. Hopefully the season doesn't get worse from here. You know, a few injuries, diving like Brazilians etc.
