Yes, got to admit, England were scheiße. Only saw one attacking line that saw the Scots wobble a bit. After Scotland twigged to the danger of those charge downs, England started giving away the penalties like they were sweeties. Give the southerners their due, they were short of some stars and game time but it was good to see Scotland holding for the duration with no signs of getting tired. Then just sitting on England's face over those last 10 minutes as the rain got heavier and the England subs started being thrown into the mire.

I'm going to be (even more) bloody unbearable for some... but what's new, eh?

There are many excuses to be given, but the most logical explanation for the result is the Scots' superb play.

From the mainly English BBC mob. Thats now 4 Internationals without defeat. Well done Gregor and the boys. Happy days are here again with Rangers running away with the league as well.

Rugby Union is a game for Nancy boys but, the Scots must be very proud today. If your original post was correct and it was the first win in 38 years, that means the first win in about 20 games. Tremendous achievement. Well done. Scotland, as always, setting the bar low.

Wales v Ireland tonight. Interesting to see if Brady's last (home) stand will be enough to see off the youth of Mahomes.

Oh, wait...

One of only 8 countries. We've also won cricket and egg chasing WC. Not bad when there are c200 countries in the world.

Don't see Scotlands name even as finalists.

Perpetual failures. No wonder I'm seeing so many Scots on social media today.

Ireland undone by O'Mahony's dangerous tackle and red card after only 13 minutes. Wales gradually got the handle on playing a 14-man team to get a decent, no bonus point win. But the win comes at a cost and at first glance there's four who won't be making the trip to Murrayfield.

With France's ritual demolition of Italy in the opener, pretty sure the calls will be forthcoming for playoffs to allow some other rising national stars to have a crack in the Six Nations.

Urgent public appeal

Police in London have launched a major investigation after 15 young and inexperienced men were subject to a terrifying ordeal whilst out for a gentle kick about in the park . One shocked victim said 'It started in the 1st minute when they took the ball from us and wouldn't give us it back."

Police said the culprits were all Scottish, dressed in blue and showed no regard to the emotional impact on their victims who were subjected to 80 minutes of physical and mental abuse. Culprits them made off with a historic piece of silver 🙂

Witnesses are requested to phone Crime stoppers anonymously at the earliest opportunity.
