Adult toys in Thailand!

Post by beekay » May 31, 2008, 7:33 pm

My friend has an online webshop for this and she asked me if there is a good manufacturer or grossist for sextoys in Thailand since so many other things are cheap.

Anyone who knows anything???

I once saw 'Vibrators' on sale at MBK in bangers years back, they where being sold as vibrating massager's and the school kids selling them didn't have a clue what they really were.
All that gear is made in China/Taiwan i think.

Just a wild guess, but there doesn't seem to be a shortage of
available natural "wood" in the local area? Also not much market
for these toys as they're not capable of paying after the deed.

I was once told that such items are still illegal in the kingdom but I am not sure how true that is.
You see the wooden variety being sold at just about every festival and even huge fireworks made in the shape of them but TIT.
I think your on to a loser there BK if your looking for cheap product, sorry your friend is.

Ok this is a complete guess but as most Bang Fai Festivals are held to promote the oncoming of a good rainy season I would guess they are sold more of a good luck charm for a plentiful harvest later in the year.
Symbolic of the land being fertile and all that don't you know.

i always wondered about the the prevalence of sex toys or lack thereof in thailand and didn't know if it was a cultural thing or not. anyways trying to augment my post count...perhaps it would serve me to know how many i've actually posted.
