Thanks, Mak. There's a large nursing home 17km from Udon on the Udon-Loei hwy.......Orchid Long Stay Nursing Home. It's relatively new and probably more expensive than other places but has lots of private rooms for those willing to pay more.

I went to the first nursing home you posted today to visit an American friend there. 18,000 baht a month for what appears to be good care, operated by a doctor from Bangkok, lots of staff, air conditioned, not private rooms, clean.

Not in Udon, but this Nursing Home In CM is well recommended.

Never seen any that's fully disability access, lots trip hazards in the design.
Quality is best done first
