Were do we buy this one:
Haven’t seen the “Impossible Burger” brand here. Villa carries the “beyond burger”.

Not sure if the Udon BK has these:

Fake meats review:

While the impossible/beyond burgers are cholesterol free, they are processed foods that are high in sodium and saturated fats, so I try not to eat them too often.

God morningGT93 and everyone else following along in this thread.

Number 1 killer is what..------ PROCESSED FOOD AND SUGAR..yes smoking too and NO EXERCSISE.So my take on thes healthcheckups or not is what..Carve out as much of the above and add more of plantbased food, more exercise, less sugar and processed food..INSTEAD of PILLS that we all know Thaidoctors love to provide us with.
And had i higher Colesterol then i should, and i know why..my experiment of high fat and less of carbs and protein failed. So now my Doc wanted me on the meds,i said give me 3 month i know what to do,well it took me less then that.only 1 month and my levels were down i she told me -I don't have to prescribe any meds now, still on the high side but..i said give another 2 month i show you..So 1/7 i will get tested again..Together with more veggies, less fat upped the carbs and protein together with my daily exercise i really think/hope thins will/shall improve.

For those who know they are mostly sitting on their behind all day and doing all the "bad things"i mentioned above, please get tested, you never know what's going on under your hood.Get educated and take care of your on life, say no to drugs were you have the knowledege to do a healthy change on your own by doing the "tuffer"things like dietchanges and exercise/lose weight. You brought all that excessed fat bad ------ food on yourself, now start doing the opposit---_Goodluck !

Chicken in Tomatoe sause and veggie mix.

Well if i can't do my cardio run this morning reason was a flat front tier.So i prepared some food.Chicken in Tomatoe sause and veggies..and to tuch it up a bit 3 tbs of Sour Cream.I serve myself this with either spaghetti or Basmati Rice..When served i put some fresh Parmensan on top.Think it will make 6 lunch boxes to put in the frezer and one or two meals in the fridge for later today.Total aprox money spent on this in total 200Bath rice excluded...freaking cheap if you ask me..time prepping 30 min..cookingtime around same..20-30 min.Chicken filés tow packs 200gr /pack cost 40Bath /pack..Two whole red and yellow Bellpeppers..30bath each,5 cloves of garlic, one big red onion..The brocoli i had already..sya Brocoli was 40-50 bath.So i say 250x8 meals=30bath/meal..CHEEEEAP..like it..

A brief look at the dodgy science propagated by the purveyors of less healthy food:

It's a shame that the dairy industry's scientific nonsense is published.

I recently read that plant based foods are now heavily marketed at meat eaters so the consumer profile is changing. The percentage of consumers more concerned and more knowledgeable about nutrition is falling. The "producers" can get away with adding more salt now.

Not sure about how the rest of the carnivores are doing but yesterday, due to the perpetually lamentable stock control at Big C Nittayo, I officially switched to low-fat milk.

... How will eating less meat improve our health? I thought beef contained many nutrients and latest studies show meat is very good for our health. Lots of people going on the carnivore diet nowadays.
If a person eats less meat they are less likely to be obese, have cardio-vascular disease, get cancer and have many many other diseases. Processed meat is a grade 1 carcinogen. I expect the science to establish that for meat generally within the next 5 years. Grade 1 means the evidence as with cigarettes is very strong. Few meat eaters may be concerned but perhaps if there's a child in their household they should ponder this more carefully. Are more young adults battling cancer?

Meat has practically no vitamins or minerals. It has plenty of amino acids but people who get a higher percentage of their protein from animal sources tend to be frailer in old age.

The nutrient dense foods are plant foods (e.g. seeds, beans, berries etc.). I don't see the reports of the latest studies showing meat is good for our health. I think the mounting evidence is going the other way. The meat and dairy industries fund lots of junk science (see my 20 June video in the eating healthy thread).
