I think this person deserves to be banished for quite some time.

And don't come back in the form of Stalin, Mao or Che Guevera!!!

This is really ridiculous, and if the farmer is the real person behind this mask, and runs a restaurant in Udon, a boycott might suffice as punishment for his personal political choice.

Just to add some trivia to this post, at one time in Udon there were eight bars/restaurants in Udon owned/run by Steve. You have to ask Steve George (Irish Clock) for the list of these eight Steve's.

I am glad to see the Farmer has replaced his Hitler avatar with something less obnoxious.

I've known Steve about 3 years and found him a real decent straight up bloke.
The food has always been good and no complaints.
I know he has had a lot on his plate(no pun intended)recently as he has been very ill and is still trying to recover.
Maybe we should show him a little support to help him on his way.
I'll be giving him mine.

I just wanted to give this place a plug. I have been coming to Udon for 3 years and every time in Udon I eat at Steve's 2 or 3 times a week. The food has always been more than above the average quality. Tai is always bubbly and happy and the service also good.

I hope they stay in business so I can continue to dine there. A great place for a quiet meal with no hassles and good service with a smile.
Such is life.

Steves bar, previously called Steves bar, well when Steve One had it with Mali, it was buzzing from B/fast to closing time, many nice staff and a happy atmosphere.
No-one pushy everybody got on.
Steve 2 and Moo, brought it and initially was good, same staff , same cook, ok, but then it started to go down, due in part to Steve who was as some have described a oerson who does not hold a good conversation and in fact has been seen to be quite rude to some customers. His illness has been a problem and for that i hope he recovers.
The food has always been good and still his , but the atmosphere is not inviting and some of the staff are not inviting either, in the way you would not to be served by them, their attitude needs brushing up.
it is a shame as when it changed hands it was a thriving business and following the fire it should heve re-emerged a happier and better place, but unfortunately it was just a rehash of the old with a new bar.
Now with Mojo's next door competition is rife and Steves bar is losing out.

Not copmplaining about the food, but the general atmosphere, which includes the satff attitude is sadly lacking.
