Welcome Redbaron can certainly help on the fishing and vegetable gardening front - vegetable growing is challenging, and lots to learn - i think about 50 years experience is needed .... and success varies from year to year; winter is the main vegetable growing season. April is very hard. One issue is day length - due to proximity to equator day length doesn't vary as much so some plants do not respond (onions is one - they will grow poorly and not form bulbs). But experiment and learn - also some seeds hard to get so bring them with you. Australian veg seeds may be more successful than European ones, as more likely to tolerate heat and drought.

Freshwater fishing is different - very few species the same.

Avery good morning rick
thank you for your prompt reply .
I hope you are right about a better chance of growing vegies . At present here in my city of Melbourne we are in our
second month of our summer and we have a heat wave . our temp range from 41c to 46 c each day for the passed
5 day's . I dont know if you follow tennis at all but we have a major tennis on here at present and the player's are
reporting the temp on the court's are over 50 c .

Ric i WILL let you know how thing's work out as I have been given 40 square feet of land to try and grow thing's on
it was a rice paddy before that's all I know at present .
bye for now redbaron
