The Star appeared at Global House. They followed the advice given by many: If the peeps don't go to the concerts then let the concerts go to the places peeps go to.

The venue - the open air restaurant Noi Gon Nueng - is situated along the Western Ring Road - somewhat opposite to Chanchay Restaurant (former: Together).

These funny looking aliens in short pants are welcome as then any resident mosquitoes would concentrate on them.

Do Your math and one will soon realize that this won't happen when there is one thread for each month and more than one concert per month. And no thread when there is no concert.

I've been sitting here for days waiting for someone to actually make a comment about one of the concerts on one of the many threads

Only conclusion I came up with is that of all the "cultural" differences the one that most farang can't get their heads round is the errrrrr, music, for want of a better word, which is hardly surprising as there are loads of Thais that cant stand it either (hence the amount of K pop etc on the TV channels)

I thought that someone may have actually made a comment about the 1200 cost on one of the adverts (including free bottle of Blend 285 toilet cleaner $\:D/$ ), but even that failed to arouse a comment.

I think we (Udon Map members) should ask:

Who goes to any of the concerts after reading the posts on Udon Map?
OT knows the answer.
Maybe it's for useless information purposes only.

The thing is, I read all posts because sometimes even on a boring thread that keeps repeating the same old things you may find that, out the blue, another poster will put the boot in which appeals to OT. This can turn a rubbish thread into some entertaining drama which can go on for sometime if we're lucky.
