Foreigner Apprehended with Marijuana After Shots Heard

On 31 Jan, Udon police investigated a house in Chonrada Village, BanJan, Udon after neighbors alerted police of gunshots heard inside a nearby home. When police arrived, they found a 39 year old Finnish man had fired about 20 rounds from a 9mm pistol into the walls of his home. Upon further investigation police found an amount of marijuana, 10 bottles of foreign liquor, and about 50 rounds of ammunition in the home.
Police investigations are continuing.

,good to know the homes in that estate have decent thick walls

Pictures shown him a bit wasted but not in handcuffs
