Mmm not looking so good for United in a European place by season end.

With probably The Gunners as well as Pool no londer involved in the European competitions they can concentrate on the league.
Both are starting to put in some good performances there with an especially good performance by Pool to beat Citi.

So Chelsea remain 5 points clear without playing & now have a game in hand as well as picking up the first trophy of the season. Congratulations to them in what was a bit of a stroll in the park against Spurs.

Everton lays another goose egg. They can score vs. the Grasshoppers, but in the Premiership, they are less than sparkling on offence.
You only pass through this life once, you don't come back for an encore.

Full midweek round of Premiership action this week, but then only 1 game over the weekend as the FA Cup takes priority.
Some interest at the bottom of the table tonight!!

Barcelona director Carles Rexach says Angel Di Maria was sold to Manchester United because he is "too ugly" for Real Madrid and did not fit the brand of Real president Florentino Perez.

I wonder what the Man Utd "Brand" is Angel Maria, Wayne Rooney, Marouane Fellaini, Carlos Tevez, Tom Cleverly, Ryan Giggs, Rio Ferdinand, etc etc ........... and we know Fergie got shot of David Beckham coz his modelling career was getting in the way of his football :-k

Just imagine Iain Dowie walking down Soi seven off Pattaya Beach Road - "hello hansum men" would be the chorus.

Soi 7,I remember it well ! What a 600 metres that used to be walking from Second Road to Beach Road ! :D
Me and some friends stayed at the Flipper Lodge on soi 7 years back.....not bad for a budget hotel.

Anyway di Maria,Fellaini and Rooney will indeed be "hansum men" if they score against the Geordies tonight ! =;

Stayed there 20 years ago, must be about most famous hotel in Pattaya

Meanwhile a lot of talk about Di Maria's form.
I don't follow the loss of confidence tripe.
Bit more cynical I fear it's a case of loss of interest in the manager and life in the city.

Nice assist by Krul.
Awful match, poor officiating on both sides.
Undeserved and unconvincing win for Man United.

Giggs look of disgust towards the celebrating LvG said it all. This just isn't United way

And only 48,000 bother to turn up ....... if LvG carries on like this they will have to discount the Man Utd game tickets to get the punters in

No change at the top as they all win.
It is certainly looking like this is a Chelsea title to lose.
Stoke sneak on up into 8th. while The Hammers fall to 10th. It is almost as if Big Sam & the squad know he is off at season end, no matter what, & they just want it all to end.
At the bottom the Villa new manager revival means that there is now 3 points between them & the bottom 3. QPR do have a game in hand that they play Saturday, home to Spurs.
The 3 at the bottom do have a lot to do in order to get out of the problem though.
However a gradual drip, drip of losses has put Everton in the frame as well - unless they can reverse the tide fairly swiftly..

Add to that Arsenal in the cup on Monday it's a BIG 5 weeks for United.
3 years ago we would rub hands in anticipation of this run of matches, now i live in fear and doubt United will get much from them.

How can a team of so much quality under perform with such consistency.

Great idea 747, 85 mins playing against 10 men is sure to confuse the LvG systems :-$

The Reds are the most successful Premier League team in 2015 so far.Better even than the Chelsea scum !
I fancy us to get the 3rd place. The 4th position will be between Arsenal and the Mancs with Arsenal the favourites.
Sterling and Coutinho will run United ragged on 22nd March......4-0 easy. \:D/
Everton, what a joke they are this season.Only 1 point above a team like Hull says it all !
