Thai Smile goes at 15.20 - 16.20
Or Nok at 15.35 with free transfer bus from DMK to BKK....at 1100B with only 15kg, won't do that.
I might fly out the day before and spend some time in Bangkok, decisions, decisions....
The trip from DMK to BKK is so unpredictable. 45 mins on a Sunday morning and 2 1/2 on a mid week afternoon.
The latter would make your connection time a bit nervy especially if there was any delays to the Nok Air flight.
One night in Bangkok is the answer.

I had a Bangkok Airways booking Udon-Swampy next Sunday 22nd departing 09.15, got rescheduled as of next Sunday to 07.25, complained and have ticket on Thai Samile departing 08.40, saves me 1h15 minutes of sleep...but luggage 20 kgs max versus the 30kgs.
