Giuliani will start squawking if he's looking at doing time.

TrumpMedianIncome.jpg

The median income of Americans is nearing $66,000 annually. All-time high. The graphic shows the annual income increases for an "Average Income US Family." Consult the source provided for further information.

Wages of Americans continue to rise, and much of it is due to the tightening of immigration enforcement.

Reuters reports that companies are meeting labor demands by increasing wages and benefits. Much of the article is comprised of complaints by businesses who find it more and more difficult to hire illegals at cheaper wages.

On average, about 4 million Americans leave high school and college and join the US workforce annually. Another 1 million has the potential to enter the workforce as a legal immigrant every year. There are another 1 million who show up as visa workers. And then there's another 1 million who enter with work permits. So there are always numbers upward of 3 million who compete with the 4 million native-born Americans for jobs.

Despite all of that competition, "America First" has successfully increased wages of all Americans and has affected the lower end and blue collar wage earners more than management and white collar workers.

According to the Census Bureau in September, full time year-round workers saw a wage increase of 3.4% in 2018.

Cramer and Krugman are both seeing the light.

If it does not benefit China, it is not done. That's why China is confounded by Trump. "America First" means the same thing.

All of that said, US trade with Mexico and Canada is HUGE compared to China. That's why Pelosi won't bring the USMCA trade deal for a floor vote. It will create a situation where the US won't need China at all. China has always needed the US more than the US needs them.

More bad news for those hoping for US economic failure.

Consumer sentiment RISES.

Optimism among Americans regarding the US economy surged in the October report of the University of Michigan's Consumer Sentiment Index. It rose 3 points to 96.0, which is the highest level in three months. I guess that means that consumers are ignoring the biased media drumbeat about recession.

The "experts" had forecasted consumer sentiment at 92. Another "shot in the dark."

Richard Curtain, UM Consumer Sentiment economist:
"Real income expectations rose to their most favorable level in two decades.

“Overall, the data indicate that consumption spending will be strong enough to offset weakness in business investment spending so as to keep the economy expanding into 2020."
STEADY DAMN WINNING.

As usual, if only it were that simple.

While it's true that Mr. Curtin said that "Sentiment rebounded in early October as consumers anticipated larger income gains and lower inflation during the year ahead. As a result, real income expectations rose to their most favorable level in two decades....", there's more to the story. Let's look at what else Mr. Curtin said, in that same report.

Immediately after that, he said, "These favorable trends did not change consumers' overall prospects for the national economy. A slower pace of overall economic growth is still anticipated, including some modest increases in the national unemployment rate during the year ahead." [emphasis added]

. . .
What is happening now IS simple. It's reality.

If only it was as simple as predictions. Not even Krugman got it, and he had the balls (surprisingly) to admit it.

When the unemployment rate is near half-century lows, anyone with any intelligence when it comes to economics knows that an almost fully employed populace, coupled with worldwide economic stagnation, is bound to have some negative effect on the US economy. But then, it may not. Because it's a prediction. I guess you're a glass half-empty kinda guy.

Keep hoping for economic distress. It's the only chance that Democrats have -- and maybe not even then. Their cavalcade of socialist/communist candidates are one big confiscating, banning, regulating, seizing, taxing, controlling, rights-violating conglomeration of elitists. JFK Democrats aren't going to vote in favor of that crap. They'll either stay home or vote Trump.

It is extremely telling that those running these fixed debates have not focused on China trade, or economic growth (the candidates keep denying that there is economic growth and success), or how they would deal with a recession if they are so fervently praying for one to occur. Those real issues -- happening right now in front of all Americans -- are avoided at all costs. They'd rather spout platitudes about coming to get guns, or impeach-impeach-impeach, or open borders, or Trump is mean.

What the hell will the Democrat/Socialist/Communists bring to Americans? It's not prosperity.

Trump Electoral Moodys.jpg

Moody's Analytics Electoral Map

NOTE: This is not a national popular vote analysis, which means nothing in a US presidential election. This is a state-by-state ELECTORAL analysis. It doesn't look good for the Democrat/Socialist/Communist party.

Lone Star, although we sometimes agree and sometimes do not, I admire your consistent optimism about everything Trump. Take the above, for example. First, you cite Consumer Sentiment, rising consumer optimism about the future. Then when I point out that there's really more to the story, you say that it's not as simple as predictions about the future. Heads you win, tails I lose!

It's not the same.

Consumers optimistic about their futures and the economy is not the same as an economist predicting some unemployment and hits on the economy.

They are both predictions, but from two different sources.

Louis will take a minimum 5 years to create approximately 1,000 jobs.
The residents of Johnson County were less than thrilled when they found out that Louis Vuitton was planning on moving to their turf. Some feared that the jobs would be low-paying — one local opponent said the company could only pay about $8 an hour, citing development documents. But Louis Vuitton is also getting a pretty sweet deal. In 2017, Johnson County approved a ten-year, 75 percent tax abatement, which is the maximum allowed by the county and amounts to about $91,900 in tax cuts a year.

It's the same. Same person talking about the same survey of consumer attitudes. The economist wasn't predicting; he was relating what the survey said about consumer sentiment.

Minneapolis, Minnesota

Lake Charles, Louisiana

Dallas, Texas

The best polls evah. No Democrat candidate (or all combined) has this level of support and enthusiasm.

.

Another record fundraising haul.

September showed the RNC taking in over $27 million in that month alone.

This is the highest amount ever taken in by either party in an "off-cycle" month. The Republicans continue to DOUBLE the Democrat Socialists in fundraising.

The RNC attributes the large donations to the incessant attacks on Trump and their one-sided, secret and anonymous impeachment inquiry.

This follows the $125 million raised by Trump and the RNC in the 3Q this year.

Much of the funding is earmarked to target Independent voters nationwide and Democrat House members in swing districts.

Trump pulls off another endorsement WIN, but the media isn't reporting the juciest outcomes because it was ALL bad news for Democrats.

Trump went to Louisiana for a rally in Lake Charles for the purpose of bolstering ALL Republicans in that state. His rally was on the eve of the primary election for governor.

These off-year elections usually don't draw large numbers of voters. The next day brought a record turnout at the polls in Louisiana according to The Hill. It brought bad news all around for Democrats.

"Brutal Wipeout for Democrats in Louisiana"

Democrat governor John Bel Edwards faces a runoff. The two Republican candidates combined for over 50% of the vote, and the loser has already endorsed the Republican winner. BUT, even worse for Democrats, the State Senate now has a Republican supermajority. Several key state offices also went solidly to Republicans.

Sshhhhh. Don't report bad news for Democrats. It might increase the level of hopelessness.

STEADY DAMN WINNING.

Why would the GM workers or any other workers be giving up their Medical? As some candidates have said their Medical wont disappear? Places such as GM, FORD etc would beable to add onto the Socialist system as you call it . This is common is other countries with Government run Medical Systems. Why would the Government take their medical if it is better already? Such as "Here Son I know you have a nice new hockey stick but I am going to take it away and give you this old used broken one" Thats just plain stupid.

I dont understand why people are scared of getting a system that benefits all as a base line?
