about a potential business in concept ( it's none of
your affair? why are you poking your nose in it?)

then, when i reply civilly, you make up accusations
it seems like the basic problem ( from what other
business ownrs say)you post garbage when drunk
It’s bedtime ....... I think you’ve had enough

Brekkie was a banana , yooghurt n sardines on whole wheat toast what i didnt have last night ...

Quite into. The oats at mo with fat free skimmed milk.n added fruit .. i.also.have a hard on for mixed nuts with dried fruit when i feel.peckish .. dried mango cranberries n raisins with a whole plethora of various crunchies from.the nut family.

Jacket spud n baked beans on.the Dm menu tonight and if i get a hunger spam.a bowl.of cornflakes soon remidies it .

I nearly saw the tip.ov my sausage this morning without the use iv a mirror ..so.we are getting some results.

Regarding food intake, I was always told little and often is far better than big meals and then sitting around while you digest them.
If we remember in our formative youth, I do mine, Breakfasts were not large nor necessarily filling, however as a family generally there were partly due to my fathers workload up to 5/6 times a day when we drunk or ate something, none of them large, after you attained your teenage years, you had 6 the last one being supper . Often it was no more than a biscuit or maybe some bread and jam, but never apart from Sunday lunch was it big by any standards.
So all this cutting down and trying to eat sensibly, might convince you that what you are doing is good for your body is pointless, as unless you are also active, rather than many just sitting around , be that driving or watching TV or even being on the WEB, you are just starving your body and that does it no good at all.
I always remember that saying told to me when young, your body is like an engine, biological but an engine, it needs fuel to run correctly, so therefore denying it food in an attempt to lose its weight is again a pointless exercise .
