^^ Guddling sea trout in the River Lossie was my forte. I tried rabbit hunting but never quite mastered how to throw the claw hammer.

^^ Up at 5... a bit nippy 'round the Gorbals, eh?Black coffee and a slice of sourdough with a Scunny-sized dollop of strobbery jam.

Just back from a ~45 minute bike ride. Must be cold as everyone's still a bed.

Reheated cup of coffee while I await this morning's ironing board show.

Then it should be time for a keech.

Arr Tammy .. using a claw hammer you must be a city poacher .. easier just to open the hutch door n strangle the lovely cute fluffy little bunny ..

If my 4 1p shot gun hat been confiscated by the local plods fear not i used to go out early hours in our converted mini clubman drive on dark country roads n flick the lights on dazzling the rabbits so they froze n could run em over ..tryi g to clip them.softly not to damage n bruise the meat .. udually murdered 2 or 3 fir a stew u til.the mo i conked out ..

Rabnits arexredily available in Thailanfd withour running them.iver or strangling them

DM, for substantial veggie soup I add a 1/2 can of rinsed Cannelini beans , and sometimes a small diced potato. Or stir in oatmeal that sort of dissolves while adding body and creaminess.

Its roughly a month since i started this healthy eating regime and i did the weigh off again today .. on the same scales i weighed in ... started at 116 kgs and today was 112 kg so some where 4 kgs has disappeared .. the food not been a problem at all but the beer has and still is ... tonight is the night ive chosen to go n have a few beers with some healthy seafood n veggies jimjum as i was told one day every now n then can eat n drink as normal ..n today is that day .. once per month .

One thing ive noticed skimmed non fat milk tastes like ---- so im trying to find an alternative for my cereals n oats .. any reccos??

4 kgs a month is now the target .. so 5 months is the 20gs i wanna shed, might as well do 6 months just in case i fall off the wagon.... dunno how much a gall bladder weighs but thats plus the stones therein is coming out mid November

Recommend 137 Degrees Unsweetened Almond Milk with oatmeal and in fruit smoothies (with oats!).

Has a nice body and nutty flavor, IMO better than the other brands.
