The powers that be love totalitarian states (geez they would love to, and almost have, made the US one). They get to control resources, and only need to pay enough to support the upper hierarchy. Sadam would still be in place if he
hadn't wanted to sell "too much" oil. This instance may or may not resolve well, but there will always be others, until
the powers that be are changed. That seems farther away then it has been, in at least a century. Do you think Burma's
neighbours want her stable and strong? In the face of all that, nice to see a person who will sacrifice so much... think I have almost given up trying personally 8-[
