Feeck,and I was floating!
20 cm in my shop.Had a nice cleaning in the morning.
A lot of sausages in the morning for breakfast.

BM ,at first I thought it was a picture of rain in the distance ,until the end when I could see some raindrops hitting.It would have been impressive to see the streets.My soi filled up about 15 CM. in a few hours as the rain was to heavy for the Nong Khai city drainage,but a couple hours after it let up the water was gone and debris was everywhere.
My wife,being the worker bee she is,went out and swept the whole soi while I was taking a nap

Haven't seen rain like that in Udon for a while. It's a treat to go outside and sit on the porch and watch the rain pour down when we get a really big one like in those videos.

I don't like it when it keeps up so long that the water creeps up the driveway toward the house

i just love the rain, The Thunderstorms in bangkok viewed from the upper floors of buildings, i used to sit up on the balcony and watch it in the dead of night, when the lightning struck the city lit up, the crack of Thunder the beating rain the swaying palms...the the warm wafting smell of the drainage systems after the down pour. Ahh well it can't all be good.

watch-out for the mosquitoes if you do cut the grass in your birthday suit,as those little buggers have a good aim, and can land on the smallest of areas. !

Thanks for the vids, guys. Something like that would sure be welcome here in South Australia, where everyone gets excited about a dark cloud wafting across the sky.

Moreover it reminds me of how much I miss Udon after nearly 4 years, and how soon I'll be able to return, once I finish my studies.

While I'm at it, thanks to all of you forumites for keeping me informed and entertained.
