I just joined Napali Hotel gym they also have Sauna and swimming pool, membership fee is 600B per month-I went there today to go swimming-ahahahhaha- but, I was a little disappointed must have been 80-90 kids+ family there, so I just went back home. IT is a sunday though-so I think, many people go on weekend.(The Place is not as clean as I thought it should be either) I will try it for 1 month though.

I think it will be busy for the next couple of months because the children are on school holidays and it's the start of the hot season.

It costs between 40-60 baht for a swim at the Ban Chiang or 120 baht for the use of everything, Gym, sauna and pool.

Thanks for the replies, i don't have an Udon map with me right here, but I remember seeing a mention of some school with swimming pool on the Southern ring towards the airport open during hot season, anyone went there?

Anyway, will arrive thursday and have plenty of time to check everything out.

That would be at Satreeratchunatit Girls School on Sri Chomchun Road. Apparently it's a large 50m pool, a great size for decent lap swimming. However, if it's anything like all the other pools then it will be full of screaming kids making it impossible to swim.

When I was the membership there about a year ago.the sauna room was not work ,There are not many equipment in the gym eventhough most of them were broken, the swiming pool was so green and dirty but I have paid for the fee only 400 baht! well I'm wondering if they upgrade the gym and swiming pool now? as u said that u paid 600 baht which more than I paid before ,and the sauna room is seem to be working now?

HI Bangsaen Girl-aahhhah, Pic looks so cute!
Yes, They just increased the rate from 400B to 600B 1-2 weeks ago
Yes ,the Sauna is working! I went swimming yesterday there, but there must have been another 90 kids there and their parents-ahahhaha
I was kinda of shocked/disappointed-seems everyone that wanted too just came in-No one checked to see if they were members, or guests of Hotel. I felt cheated-ahahah I was paying and no one else was! The gym seems little worn and no one there to take care of U-I had to turn the Sauna on myself-I think they lose a lot of money because of Bad Management/Employees- I was going to send Manager of Hotel e-mail-but I cannot find the Hotel's e-mail address on their website, asking for my Money back! :-)

The pool at the Napali is still dirty, the tile grouting has green algae all over it and many of the tiles are cracked and broken.

The pool and Gym at the Ban Chiang Hotel is much smarter and cleaner, it
