Oh damn, now my liberalism is the result of my superior intelligence instead of my belief that I'm just morally superior to all those dumber conservatives. I will have to adjust my whole world view. Luckily, I'm smart enough to do it.

Surely by "they" you are referring to the Christian conservatives and other quasi-religious, pseudo-political, consistently hypocritical organizations who are mind-slaved to Murdoch's Franken-media and the political right's wrong agenda?

There was another study performed which proved Republican foot-soldiers are overly vocal and under-educated. Sounded about right to me at the time. Still does and it is proven time and again when talking points are debunked yet they continue to repeat them as fact. Un B We Va Boo.

It's obvious trubrit is deeply confused. Perhaps he'll be smart enough to let his agnosticism overwhelm his conservatism.

We'll have to keep an eye on his further posts to see how his internal struggle plays out.

I'm rooting for his agnosticism, because only true believers seem to be able to maintain a conservative point of view in the face of overwhelming evidence that it's a failed philosophy. Conservatism has been fighting progress for millenia. It would be a winner if nothing had changed in the past 5 or 6,000 years.

I can understand why those embracers of an imaginary friend and believers in fairies in the bottom of the garden, could be seen by some as being less intelligent than those of us who stand on our own two feet.

I woodant tak much stok in that study. I shur if you of the colage edumacated purswasion looked around, you cood find a study that wood support just the the oposite.
